ECN STAFFING INC.
We are seeking a high-performing, hunter-minded Director of Business Development to aggressively drive new business and expand the client base of ECN STAFFING INC., a fast-growing staffing agency serving industries such as construction, warehouse, and general labor.
This role is focused on winning new accounts, generating job orders, and closing deals. You will be on the front lines—prospecting, cold calling, visiting clients, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently bring in new business and grow revenue.
This is not a maintenance role — we are looking for a true closer who can build business from the ground up.

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive new business for ECN STAFFING INC.
- Prospect, cold call, and visit potential clients to generate new job orders
- Identify and close new business opportunities with companies needing staffing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries such as construction, warehouse, and general labor
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while maintaining profitability
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through aggressive business development efforts
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to expand market share
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upselling opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or service-based industries
- Strong business development and prospecting skills (cold calling, networking, client visits)
- Ability to close deals and generate new business consistently
- Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to retain and grow client accounts
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to track leads and sales activity
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with recruiting and operations teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
