Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, cash flow management, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making. This role is best suited for professionals ready to step into a leadership position in a fast-growing real estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for multiple real estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA regulations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Support fundraising activities (bank loans, NBFCs, investor coordination).
- Prepare and present MIS reports and financial insights to management.
- Drive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Implement and strengthen financial systems, controls, and SOPs.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams for revenue planning and collections.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and project accounting.
- Hands-on experience in taxation and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of funding and banking processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership ability with a hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory).
- MBA Finance is an added advantage.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate / construction industry.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
