We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and drive the financial strategy of a rapidly growing, diversified business group. The successful candidate will partner directly with the Promoter and Board to lead finance transformation, capital allocation, fundraising, governance, and long-term value creation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic finance leader who has experience scaling businesses, leading high-performance finance teams, and preparing companies for institutional investment, mergers & acquisitions, and public market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance

Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy.
Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow optimization.
Advise the Promoter and Board on strategic financial decisions.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Capital Raising & Banking

Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, PE/VC funds, and investors.
Lead debt syndication, structured finance, working capital management, and fundraising initiatives.
Optimize capital structure and financing costs.

Financial Control & Governance

Ensure robust internal controls and financial governance.
Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Strengthen financial reporting systems and management information systems (MIS).

Business Performance

Monitor business unit profitability and KPIs.
Improve working capital efficiency and return on capital employed.
Support business expansion, acquisitions, and investment decisions through financial analysis.

IPO & Corporate Finance

Lead IPO readiness initiatives and capital market planning.
Coordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and regulatory authorities.
Manage due diligence, valuation exercises, and investor presentations.

Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
MBA (Finance) or CFA will be an added advantage.
10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance in a medium or large organization.
Strong exposure to manufacturing, diversified businesses, or infrastructure sectors.
Experience in fundraising, banking, treasury, and financial strategy.
Deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and corporate governance.
Advanced knowledge of financial modelling, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
