Oracle CPQ Developer/Architect
12 Month+ Contract
What You’ll Do
You will be the architect and builder of our quoting ecosystem. Your day-to-day will involve:
· Solution Design: Build and configure Oracle CPQ environments that handle complex product models and pricing logic.
· Technical Execution: Write and maintain BML (Big Machines Language) scripts, manage data tables, and develop custom rules.
· Process Optimization: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to turn their business needs into automated, scalable workflows.
· System Integration: Connect Oracle CPQ with our CRM and ERP systems to ensure data flows smoothly across the business.
· Support & Testing: Own the lifecycle of your projects—from unit testing and UAT to troubleshooting and providing ongoing system enhancements.
· Documentation: Keep things organized by creating clear technical and functional guides for the team.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who understands the "how" (technical) and the "why" (functional) of the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
· Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Oracle CPQ.
· Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of BML scripting, pricing rules, and configuration models.
· Integration: Proven experience linking CPQ with CRM/ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion).
- Communication: The ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle CPQ Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- A background in supporting high-volume sales teams.
The salary range for this position is $70-$90 an hour. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
