The Role
The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to ownership and leadership, guiding the organization through its next phase of growth, modernization, and leadership succession.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversight of all financial and accounting operations, including reporting, controls, budgeting, and forecasting
Strategic leadership through change, transformation, and process improvement
Partnering with ownership on long-term planning, capital strategy, and governance
Leading and developing a high-performing finance team of 3, including a newly created Staff Accountant role
Supporting potential merger or integration activity as opportunities arise
Ensuring compliance and financial rigor within a highly regulated operating environment
What We’re Looking For
Proven CFO or senior finance leader with strong operational and strategic capability
Comfortable operating in highly regulated industries
Ability to balance hands on financial leadership with executive-level strategy
A collaborative, steady leader who thrives in family-owned or closely held environments
Experience driving efficiency, modernization, and organizational change
