Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role supports a dynamic gaming organization by driving operational excellence, aligning leadership priorities, and enabling effective execution across a highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to manage rhythm of business, communications, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
Drive the team’s Rhythm of the Business (ROB), including leadership meeting coordination, agenda development, and action tracking
Partner with leadership, finance, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business planning, budgeting, and execution tracking
Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and updates to align stakeholders and support decision-making
Lead operational improvements, organizational health initiatives, and cross-team projects to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in project or program management within a business or operations environment
2–3 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and driving business initiatives
2–3 years of experience with Microsoft products, services, and overall business strategy
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and impactful messaging
Proven organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting business operations, finance processes, or leadership teams preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
