Role: Oracle CPQ Scrum Master

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM to drive Agile delivery for enterprise transformation programs. The role involves facilitating Scrum practices, enabling cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master for Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM implementation and enhancement projects
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Guide teams in adopting and maturing Agile best practices
- Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams for effective delivery
- Track sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance
- Support release planning, UAT cycles, and production deployments
- Provide regular updates through dashboards and stakeholder reports
- Ensure compliance with Agile governance, documentation, and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–12 years of IT experience with 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and/or Oracle Agile PLM
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
