As a Revenue Operations Associate, you are the engine behind our financial accuracy.
Commission & Payroll: Execute full-cycle commission calculations and payroll processing for our multi-state service teams.
Data Integrity: Audit daily revenue reports to ensure all service calls, parts, and labor are accounted for correctly.
Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel functions to manage large datasets, track KPIs, and streamline reporting.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Operations to resolve pay discrepancies.
Payroll Knowledge: You have a solid foundation in payroll principles and understand commission structures.
The Math Whiz: You have a "detective" mindset and enjoy the challenge of complex calculations.
The Tech Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel being your second language (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends).
