Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall financial operations of the company
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and business strategies
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements
- Monitor profitability, cost control, and financial performance
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
- Lead and manage the accounts and finance team
- Support management in strategic decision-making and business growth
Requirements:
- CA / MBA Finance or relevant qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of finance, taxation, audits, and compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Experience in handling large financial operations and reporting
- Automobile industry experience preferred
