🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Sales Operations Executive to support a busy and growing sales function.
This role will initially focus on sales support, reporting and operational excellence, with a clear progression path into frameworks and revenue-generating activity.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the wider sales team, ensuring the operational side of sales runs efficiently—while building the skills and exposure needed to move into a more commercial role over time.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
📊 Sales Operations & Support (Core Focus)
- Maintain and manage CRM data (Microsoft 365 CRM)
- Track opportunities, actions and pipeline progress
- Produce sales reports using Excel and Power BI
- Support forecasting, pipeline reviews and performance tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow across the sales team
- Assist with bid coordination and sales documentation
- Help improve and standardise sales processes
📈 Progression into Frameworks (Future Focus)
- Learn how to identify and qualify opportunities through frameworks
- Support research and development of new opportunities
- Work alongside senior team members on bid strategy and positioning
- Build understanding of customer requirements and procurement processes
- Gradually take ownership of framework-based opportunities

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Excel
- Commercial awareness or interest in sales processes
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
