We are partnering with a well-established, construction service based company in Marshfield that is targeting a CFO. This role is ideal for someone who has been operating at a high level controller/ finance leadership capacity and is ready for (or already in) a CFO seat in a similar environment! This role is 5 days on site.
- Strategize and govern all fiscal functions, including liquidity management, financial planning, tax compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Supervise the daily economic performance and reporting cycles for the parent organization and its affiliates.
- Lead the administrative infrastructure, encompassing financial human capital, talent management, and total rewards programs.
- Validate project-based financial health through rigorous analysis of revenue recognition and production-cycle reporting.
- Collaborate as a core advisor within the senior leadership circle to influence long-term corporate trajectory.
- Manage the corporate risk portfolio by securing comprehensive coverage and optimizing premium structures.
- Architect the digital landscape by implementing robust ERP systems and internal controls to safeguard data integrity.
- Modernize operational workflows by identifying bottlenecks and integrating automated financial technologies.
- Cultivate and act as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and legal counsel.
- Standardize the vetting and compliance protocols for external vendors and strategic partners.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of advancing leadership roles within a mid-market corporate environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences.
- Proven proficiency in cost-accounting methodologies and lifecycle-based financial tracking.
- Expert-level command of integrated financial suites (ERP), business intelligence tools, and the MS Office ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field is required
