Job Profile:-
We’re looking for Sales & Revenue Operations rockstars who can drive strong process discipline and data governance across our commercial engine. As an Associate – Sales & Revenue Operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring sales-cycle governance, CRM hygiene, POC tracking, project revenue visibility, and invoice discipline. This role improves revenue predictability, reduces operational leakages, and enables faster business decisions through clean, reliable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales-cycle process governance, ensuring every opportunity follows defined stage and documentation standards.
- Own CRM governance with weekly hygiene checks for completeness, freshness, and accuracy.
- Track and enforce CRM data entry by Sales with structured follow-ups and escalations for gaps.
- Maintain the POC tracker and ensure POC results governance with outcome documentation and next-step clarity.
- Support Project Revenue Governance through clean tracking of expected vs. realized revenue.
- Own Invoice Governance including trigger coordination, status tracking, and delay flagging.
- Publish Incremental Revenue tracking per month and per salesperson with concise insights using Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales Ops / RevOps / Business Ops / MIS / Finance Ops / PMO.
- Strong hands-on capability with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS).
- Basic familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot / ClickUp / Zoho / Salesforce (plus).
- Ability to convert messy inputs into clean trackers and dependable weekly/monthly reports.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and outcomes.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management to drive compliance across teams.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
