Job Description: Revenue Operations Analyst (Services-Based | Client Relationship & Sales CRM Management)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead who will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth order-to-cash execution while nurturing strong client relationships. This role involves managing Sales CRM processes, quote management, purchase order follow-ups, and client invoicing interactions. The position requires a proactive communicator who can build trust with clients, drive timely collections, and provide business insights to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Quote Management, Purchase order management, order-related queries and CRM Management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of billing or order issues.
- Manage Sales CRM workflows including quote creation, purchase order chasing, and accurate order entry.
- Conduct proactive client follow-ups on invoice dues, ensuring smooth collections and minimizing outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to align client expectations with operational execution.
- Prepare business analytics reports, dashboards, and reconciliation statements to provide insights into client accounts and revenue performance.
- Implement client-centric process improvements to enhance transparency, trust, and long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Sales CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a client-first mindset.
- Experience in quote management, purchase order tracking, and order booking.
- Solid understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue operations.
- Business analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable client insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.
Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Client Account Management.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM processes, quotes, and client follow-ups in a services-based organization.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships while driving operational efficiency.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM (Finance/Operations) is a plus.
