About The Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented team member to support our revenue operations. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy building, maintaining and improving reporting, analytics, and operational processes that drive decision-making across our revenue teams.
Working closely with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence teams, you’ll translate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, and strengthen the reliability of our revenue systems. You’ll have the opportunity to build expertise across GTM functions, including sales, marketing, onboarding, customer success, and partnerships.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with operational ownership and wants to have a direct impact on how revenue teams operate and grow.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Reporting & Dashboards — Build, maintain, and improve dashboards across revenue teams using tools like Salesforce, Metabase, and Google Sheets. Own data accuracy and proactively surface trends, anomalies, and insights that steer Revenue strategy.
- Own key revenue processes — Contract generation and administration. Own monthly commission calculations for Sales and CS teams. Manage monthly customer cashback calculations. Ensure timely, accurate payouts and maintain clear audit trails.
- Revenue Analytics — Support pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, and forecasting workflows. Field analytical requests from GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses with clear, actionable takeaways.
- Data Infrastructure & Quality — Monitor and improve data quality across revenue systems. Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and integrations that feed dashboards and reporting. Partner with Engineering and BI to ensure reliable, well-documented data models.
- Documentation & Enablement — Create and maintain process documentation for reporting methodologies, metric definitions, and calculation workflows. Ensure analytical work is reproducible and auditable.
