Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Operations Associate located in Vadodara. You will serve as a key link between the owner, the sales floor, and the back office. The Associate will oversee operational processes, manage high-value client interactions, handle billing/cashier duties, and provide direct administrative support to the Owner to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Client & Sales Management: Act as a primary sales representative, handling client inquiries and maintaining relationships with premium customers.
• Billing & Financial Oversight: Manage the billing desk (cashier), ensuring accurate invoicing and daily financial reporting.
• Workflow Optimization: Maintain efficient workflows across the showroom and assist in inventory coordination.
• Executive Support: Assist the Owner with specific tasks and coordination to support overarching business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Operations and the ability to manage and improve operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and drive meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Exceptional Communication including
interpersonal skills to engage effectively with HNI clients and team members
- Basic knowledge of Finance, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is a plus.
