VERONICA BEARD, an American women's ready-to-wear brand positioned in the advanced contemporary segment, is looking for a proactive, rigorous and organized intern to join its Paris office.
This internship is a unique opportunity to evolve at the heart of the commercial operations and image of a fast-growing international brand, with direct exposure to Retail, Wholesale and Marketing & Communication issues.
Job description
Within the Paris office, you will be in charge of the operational management of the showroom, a real strategic platform at the heart of commercial activities.
In this context, you will be involved in the following missions:
- Manage the daily operation of the showroom, guaranteeing a high level of requirements in terms of presentation, organization and operational fluidity
- Ensure that spaces are perfectly maintained and that they are continuously optimised
- Coordinate all external service providers (cleaning, storage, transport, etc.) to ensure an impeccable environment
- Oversee and maintain an accurate inventory of samples, furniture, and equipment
- Coordinate exchanges between press, agency and talent/influence teams around sample requests (reception, sending, storage, loan follow-up)
- Structure and optimize storage spaces (merchandise, marketing materials, equipment)
- Manage logistics flows (receptions, shipments, internal movements) with rigor and anticipation
- Support the implementation and smooth running of the various events (sales campaigns, customer presentations, marketing activations and press days)
This role is key in the coordination of showroom operations and the smooth running of sales and marketing activities.
The position reports to the Sales Department, with a cross-functional role within the Paris office.
In this context, you will support the three main areas of the activity:
- Retail
- Wholesale
- Marketing & Communication
Depending on the priorities and the highlights, you will be required to support these teams on various operational missions, directly related to their needs.
Desired profile
- Student in business school or equivalent
- Strong interest in fashion and the retail/wholesale environment
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization, rigor and attention to detail
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
- Proactivity, autonomy and a sense of responsibility
