About the Role
This role supports our Gaming business team in day-to-day SKU and order management operations to ensure accurate product setup, smooth order processing, and timely fulfillment. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain SKU readiness, monitor order flows, resolve operational issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Job Description
- Ensure all SKUs are properly set up, updated, and maintained, including product data, availability, and specifications.
- Support SKU integration with internal systems by coordinating with Product, Tech, and Inventory teams.
- Execute daily order management processes from order creation to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor SKU availability and order status, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting order delays and support smooth fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and optimize workflows.
- Generate and analyze reports related to SKU performance and order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow and improve operational workflows.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
- Understanding of SKU and inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL for reporting and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in handling operational issues.
- Good communication, collaboration, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
