Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting end‐to‐end order management and ensuring smooth operational flow between customers, internal teams, and partner companies. This position is responsible for processing and tracking orders, maintaining accurate data across internal systems, and coordinating with logistics partners to secure on‐time deliveries. The role also supports inventory monitoring, demand planning, and customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and delivery schedules. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management, and be able to communicate professionally in both English and Korean.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Coordinate end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution
· Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partner companies to ensure timely replenishment
· Support demand planning with sales forecast inputs
· Communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepancies
· Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems
· Support customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product details
· Maintain customer master data and pricing records
· Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.

Qualified candidates must have:
· 1–5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)
· Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
· Good organization skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000-$75,000
