Our client, a growing Swiss multinational company is expanding its U.S. operations and is seeking a Sales Operations & Data Analyst to support the launch of its platforms in the U.S. market. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the integrity of CRM data. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and passionate about leveraging data to improve business performance.

Compensation: Up to $100,000 base salary, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, quota attainment, and revenue trends.
- Own CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate account, opportunity, and pipeline information within Salesforce.
- Partner with Sales leadership on territory planning, market segmentation, headcount planning, and quota design.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend data-driven improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support commission calculations, incentive compensation analysis, and quota management in partnership with Finance.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to support strategic initiatives.
Ideal Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Experience writing SQL queries and/or using Python for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and sales reporting.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
