Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with sales teams or working with the retail industry.
- Ability to establish relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.
- Ability to build, lead, and manage teams, as well as manage multiple projects with a broad range of executive internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead GTM sales strategy and execution for LCS Retail Specialist teams, driving Retail strategy through annual planning and cross-functional collaboration with GTM and partner teams.
- Oversee annual strategic planning and headcount, guiding the team to define and execute quarterly priorities and metrics while facilitating leadership communication and decision-making.
- Drive high-impact projects and retail accelerators (e.g., Omni strategy, RMN, YouTube Shopping), while leading tactical initiatives like Holiday readiness to solve growth issues.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Specialist GTMers.
- Align resources to high-impact projects while ensuring team wellbeing, career development, and AI adoption.
