This position will report to our Key Account Executive Director and will support the North America wholesale sales team

*This role is based in the US, preferably in the NY area

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and execute all aspects of Sales Operations & Admin for North America wholesale customers, including Sephora US & Canada:

Assist Key Account Director and Manager in all sales activities.
Support development of account relationships by:
Planning (meeting preparation, scheduling, agenda)
Building necessary materials (presentations)
Executing (actionable meeting notes, follow-up on next steps)
Own and manage retailer timelines and deliverables:
New product forms, pricing set up and changes, samples, logistic information
Own purchase order management:
Place orders with Sales Operations team
Follow-up with retailers on monthly orders, replenishment, new product launches
Ensure clear communication across all internal and external teams to ensure all orders are delivered on time and as requested (teams include Sales Operations, Planning, and Retailer counterparts)
Support in executing sales material and samples, including defining the needs, managing ordering, budgeting, tracking and shipments
Support in analysis and data collection and organization, creating and updating basic excel reports.
Tracking & Managing orders across the order management process.
Assist in Retailer Meeting prep including presentation materials, market samples, product samples, shipments, meeting set up
Build reports on new launches performance and draw key learnings

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Relevant degree from a 4-year college
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Sales Operations/Admin or other business-oriented, project management or analytical role.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft Powerpoint skills preferred (or an alternate spreadsheet and presentation software) or a very strong interest in gaining proficiency through training and self practice.
Sephora experience a plus
Rigor, autonomy, organization, adaptability, and proactivity are essentials for the job.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Affinity with retail and ecommerce marketing
Interest in the beauty industry is preferred.
