Sales & Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer

We are partnering with a high-growth, ambitious organisation seeking a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Director / Chief Revenue Officer to lead its next phase of expansion.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will shape and execute the commercial strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive entry into new markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all sales, marketing, and business development activity
- Owning and delivering multi-million-pound revenue targets
- Developing key client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Driving bid strategy, frameworks, and work-winning capability
- Building and scaling high-performing commercial teams
We are particularly interested in individuals who have:
- A proven track record in revenue leadership roles
- Experience within construction, rail, or civil engineering sectors (preferred)
- Strong networks and client relationships across the built environment
- Demonstrable success in scaling business units or entering new markets
Typical backgrounds may include Commercial Director, Business Development Director, Regional Managing Director, or Head of Work Winning.
