About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support & Sales Operations Specialist to join our operations team in North Sydney. This is a hybrid role combining IT support, service delivery coordination, and sales operations across our full suite of ICT, mobility, print, and phone system solutions.
You will be the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams — ensuring every service is delivered smoothly from order to installation.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, technically confident, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Customer Coordination
• Handle customer enquiries, incidents, and faults
• Diagnose basic IT, VoIP, NBN, and hardware issues
• Support AVAYA and Ericsson-LG IPECS phone system coordination
• Prepare hardware replacement quotes and manage approvals
• Schedule technicians and manage job follow‑through
Service Delivery & Provisioning
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery across NBN, VoIP, cloud systems, printers, and mobility
• Coordinate hardware ordering, pre‑configuration, logistics, and installation
• Activate services and manage provisioning portals
• Conduct post‑installation follow‑ups to ensure service quality
Sales Operations & Administration
• Prepare quotes, applications, and supplier orders
• Manage Vodafone Mobility Solutions, number porting, and call routing
• Support managed print solutions (Kyocera, Lexmark/Xerox, HP, Fujifilm)
• Update the sales pipeline from deal closure to installation completion
• Submit finance applications and ensure contract compliance
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate customer folders and job documentation
• Collect authority forms, contracts, call recordings, and billing details
• Ensure compliance across all ICT, mobility, and print solutions
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in ICT, telecommunications, IT Support or service coordination (preferred)
• Understanding of VoIP, NBN, cloud phone systems, and basic IT support
• Exposure to AVAYA, Ericsson IPECS, or similar phone systems (advantageous)
• Experience with managed print or mobility solutions (preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
