Director, GTM Strategy & Operations - Ad Tech

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI company that is hiring a Director of GTM Strategy & Operations to help build and scale the commercial infrastructure behind an innovative platform at the intersection of AI, digital media, and online advertising.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to improve how the business packages, prices, positions, and sells its digital media / advertising offerings.
What you’ll do
- Own and refine go-to-market packaging, pricing, and positioning across key digital advertising sales channels
- Build proposal templates, pricing guidelines, rate cards, and deal frameworks
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and create systems that improve deal velocity and consistency
- Partner cross-functionally to support revenue growth, forecasting, and commercialization efforts
- Develop sales enablement materials including playbooks, training, and competitive positioning
- Help create vertical-specific offerings and go-to-market strategies
What they’re looking for
- 7+ years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or commercial enablement
- Strong experience with pricing, packaging, positioning, and deal structuring
- Deep understanding of media, advertising, publisher, agency, or related ecosystems
- Ability to operate strategically while also executing the work directly
- Experience building processes and infrastructure in a high-growth environment
