We are scaling across retail and direct channels with a strong focus on execution, consistency, and growth.
1. ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on day-to-day execution across functions.
The role is focused on getting tasks done efficiently across sales, operations, and coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute tasks assigned by the CRO across sales and operations
- Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and internal teams
- Track orders, follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution
- Assist in planning and managing daily priorities
- Handle on-ground tasks as required
2. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–2 years experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and follow-up ability
- Highly organized and reliable
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Flexible with both desk and field work
3. COMPENSATION
- Up to 3LPA
- New Delhi
4. ROLE CONTEXT
You will be working directly with the CRO.
Your role is to ensure execution happens without delays or gaps.
