Role
Montash are supporting a large scale B2B manufacturing organisation that is investing heavily in a high impact sales transformation programme. They are looking to engage a specialist who will sit at the intersection of Sales, Operations and Technology, working closely with senior leadership to redesign and optimise sales processes across a complex, multi product environment.
The role focuses on translating real world sales workflows into scalable, efficient systems, while identifying opportunities to embed AI driven improvements across both internal and external sales functions. This is a strategic, business critical initiative with direct visibility at leadership level and a clear focus on driving measurable operational and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and redesign sales processes across internal support workflows or external field sales models
- Map end to end customer journeys and identify inefficiencies within high volume, multi product environments
- Define and implement scalable frameworks for ticketing, routing, segmentation or account management
- Collaborate with third party partners to optimise CRM systems and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through better process design and data usage
- Translate business processes into structured systems that support automation and AI use cases
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment across teams
Ideal Profile
- Strong background in Business Process Analysis, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Experience working within complex B2B sales environments outside of purely SaaS models
- Understanding of end to end sales cycles, including internal support and field sales structures
- Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics and process optimisation at scale
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing or distribution environments is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Comfortable working in transformation programmes with ambiguity and evolving requirements
