Avrio AI has built something that works. Revenue to date has been entirely founder-led. We're now looking for the person who takes the baton — and turns a channel-first motion into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine ahead of a major raise.
THE MOMENT
We've deployed $$M+ building the product and proving the market. Enterprise customers are live. The core go-to-market insight — that the right channel partnerships unlock faster, more defensible distribution than a traditional direct sales build-out — has been validated. What we don't yet have is the operator to systematize it. This person builds the revenue function from zero, with full ownership and a direct line to the founders.
WHAT THEY'LL OWN
CHANNEL & PARTNERSHIPS
Identify, structure, and activate the partnerships that become Avrio's primary distribution. Build the playbooks, the commercial terms, and the joint GTM motions that make partners want to lead with us.
ENTERPRISE SALES
Own new logo acquisition for direct enterprise opportunities. Pick up the relationships the founders have built, close the pipeline that exists, and build the process that doesn't yet.
REVENUE ARCHITECTURE
Design the commercial model — pricing, packaging, contract structure — in a way that works for both direct and channel. Build the forecasting and pipeline visibility the business needs ahead of a raise.
TEAM BUILDING
This is a first hire, not a seat in an existing org. The right person will eventually build a team under them. For now they run lean, move fast, and hire when the motion is proven.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Has built or owned a channel and partnerships motion before — not just managed existing partner relationships, but actually constructed one
- Understands enterprise sales cycles and knows how to navigate procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder deals without a large support org behind them
- Comfortable in the handoff from founder-led — can absorb warm relationships, earn trust quickly, and close without leaning on the founders
- Background in AI infrastructure, automation, or enterprise workflow software — understands what they're selling and why it matters to the buyer
- Thinks in systems: can close a deal today and simultaneously build the process that makes the next ten easier
- 7+ years in revenue roles with clear evidence of building, not just running, a go-to-market function
WHY NOW
The company is at an inflection point. The product is proven, the raise is coming, and the revenue foundation needs to be in place before we get there — not after. The person who steps into this role will have shaped the GTM story that investors see, the partnerships that define our distribution, and the revenue trajectory that sets the valuation. That window doesn't stay open long.
