We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer, Americas, to be located in the Detroit area.

Role Summary:
The Chief Revenue Officer, Americas is responsible for accelerating profitable growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, increasing software and platform adoption, and establishing Elektrobit as a leading software partner in the mobility ecosystem.
As Elektrobit continues its transformation toward a software and platform-led business, the CRO will build and scale the commercial engine across the Americas, leveraging customers, services, software, platforms and ecosystem partnerships to deliver sustainable growth and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Profitable Growth
- Own revenue, bookings, pipeline and forecast accuracy across the Americas.
- Deliver consistent growth through customer expansion, new business acquisition and market development.
Expand Strategic Customers
- Build executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Increase customer retention, expansion and software adoption across existing accounts.
Accelerate Software & Platform Adoption
- Grow recurring revenue and platform penetration.
- Convert customer engagements into larger software and platform opportunities.
Leverage the Ecosystem
- Develop strategic partnerships that extend market reach, customer access and execution scale.
- Build repeatable partner-led and partner-influenced growth motions.
Build High-Performing Teams
- Attract, develop and retain exceptional commercial talent.
- Create a culture of accountability, execution excellence and customer focus.
Success Measures:
The CRO will be evaluated on five outcomes:
- Growth: Revenue acceleration, bookings attainment and forecast predictability.
- Customers: Customer retention, expansion and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Software & Platforms: Platform adoption, recurring revenue growth and portfolio penetration.
- Ecosystem: Partner-influenced growth and market leverage.
- Leadership: Organizational capability, talent development, and execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in software, technology, mobility or automotive-related industries.
- Demonstrated success leading regional or global revenue organizations with accountability for significant growth targets.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses through both direct sales and ecosystem-led growth models.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and strategic customers.
- Experience building and developing high-performing commercial teams and leaders.
- Strong operational discipline, forecasting rigor and execution focus.
Industry and Domain Expertise:
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Automotive software and software-defined vehicles (SDV)
- Embedded software, platforms or middleware
- Enterprise software, cloud or digital platforms
- Mobility, connected systems or intelligent products
- Technology businesses with recurring revenue and platform-led growth models
A strong understanding of how software, services and ecosystem partnerships combine to create scalable growth is essential.
