utility player. Every legendary company had an early operator who became mission-critical by making problems disappear and getting things done. We’re looking for that person at Maintouch
The basics
- Maintouch builds AI agents to automate the trillion-dollar marketing agency industry.
- We've grown insanely fast in the last 9 months (can share numbers privately), and power the growth systems for 60+ of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
- Marketing is a series of micro-decisions based on responses to data. Maintouch connects to all your marketing data sources to plan and execute growth strategies like an expert would.
- I (founder) grew up working at my family's marketing agency. We're taking those learnings to automate all that work.
- Lean team of 8. Ex-founders and experts working in person in SoHo, NYC.

What You'll Do
- Embed with customers. Understand their growth strategy deeply, figure out where Maintouch plugs in, and shape what success looks like for them.
- Own the monthly rhythm. Set agents in motion, run check-ins, drive expansion, and own renewal. You're the human customers trust to think alongside them.
- Be the first call when something's off. Close the loop on everything. Nothing falls through the cracks. No customer has to follow up twice.
- Translate what you hear back into product, marketing, and strategy. You'll be closer to customers than anyone on the team.
- Help build the post-sale machine. Document what works, kill what doesn't, turn scrappy founder-led CS into something repeatable.
What We're Looking For
Think of the smartest, most resourceful, high-energy person you've ever met. Someone who routinely runs through walls. Someone who takes "impossible" as an invitation to prove everyone wrong. Specifically:
- Manages dozens of priorities simultaneously without dropping any of them.
- Learns new domains rapidly and operates in them without needing to be taught.
- Holds an unreasonably high bar for the quality of everything they touch.
- Is this person someone people genuinely want to be around? Need to be personable and charismatic.
- Genuinely curious about AI and what it's doing to marketing. Not technically required, but you get it and get excited about it.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. Has thrived inside a high-growth startup before.
- Absolute grinder.
