Business Operations Intern

Compensation: $2,000 – $3,000 / month
About The Company
FocusKPI is an AI consulting team helping companies design and build custom AI agent solutions.
Responsibilities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns, including sequences, follow-ups, and replies to prospects.
- Support client onboarding onto AI tools (e.g., Qurio), including scheduling, coordinating access, and tracking status.
- Draft client-facing communications such as meeting recaps, status updates, and project summaries using AI tools.
- Own all follow-ups to ensure no leads go cold and no clients are left waiting.
- Track active AI implementation engagements to monitor progress, blockers, and next steps.
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels regarding AI agent use cases.
- Produce inbound content, including thought leadership articles, case studies, and blog posts.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate research, writing, and operations workflows.
Requirements
- Active use of AI tools in daily work to create efficiency and save time.
- Understanding of AI agents and their applications; ability to discuss them intelligently with clients.
- Strong written English skills for client-facing communication.
- Organized and proactive nature; ability to track tasks and follow up autonomously.
- Fast-paced mindset capable of adjusting quickly and handling ambiguity.
- Current college student or recent graduate.
- Curiosity and hustle are prioritized over years of experience.
