Role – We are seeking experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst to support a large-scale global CRM and back-office transformation programme. This role focuses on migrating fragmented regional systems into a unified Salesforce-based platform, requiring strong expertise in product data, Quote-to-Cash processes, and cross-market transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities for CRM and product migration initiatives
- Define and document requirements for platform consolidation and migration
- Analyse existing regional systems and identify migration and rationalisation strategies
- Support decision-making around:
- Platform migration feasibility
- Cost and effort estimation
- Product and data transition strategies
- Act as the bridge between business, product, and technical teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across UK, EU, and global teams
- Ensure all requirements are clearly captured, validated, and signed off
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery readiness
- Support planning and execution of foundation phase migration activities
Key Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Deep domain expertise in:
- Salesforce CRM
- Revenue Cloud / CPQ
- Lead-to-Cash processes
- Proven experience working on product data and migration programmes
- Experience delivering within large-scale global transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management across multi-region (UK, EU, US) teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyse complex systems and define practical migration strategies
