Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ professional based in Karnataka, India. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce CPQ solutions, analyzing and optimizing revenue cycle processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing financial analyses, and ensuring accurate and effective communication of project outcomes. You will also support the business in leveraging Salesforce's Revenue Cloud to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and in-depth understanding of Salesforce CPQ
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Solid Finance and Accounting expertise to manage revenue processes effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to work with stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with digital transformation in sales and revenue operations is advantageous
- Certification in Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a plus
📌 Role: Lead Software Engineer (Developer) – Salesforce Revenue Cloud
📍 Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office; resource will work from Relanto office)
🕒 Experience: 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ
🚀 Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (gap not exceeding 3 months) or candidates currently serving notice
🎯 Interview Process: 3 rounds (all virtual)

- Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
- Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle
