Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, with a primary focus on raising funds of ₹200–300 Crore from investors, institutions, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial structuring.
Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead fundraising initiatives to secure ₹200–300 Cr through equity, debt, or hybrid instruments
- Identify and engage with VCs, Private Equity, NBFCs, Banks, and Institutional Investors
- Prepare and present investor decks, financial models, and business plans
- Manage due diligence processes and investor negotiations
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth plans
- Build robust financial models, projections, and valuation frameworks
- Ensure optimal capital structure and fund utilization
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and financial reporting standards
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities
- Maintain strong internal financial controls
Financial Operations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as CFO / Finance Head / Investment Banker / Fundraising Expert
- Demonstrated track record of raising large-scale funding (₹100 Cr+ preferred)
- Strong network with investors, banks, and financial institutions
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Knowledge of startup ecosystem, infrastructure, or energy/waste sectors (preferred)
- Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent
