Financial Strategy, Operations & Compliance
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and capital strategy
- Advise executive leadership and Board members on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Align financial strategy with organizational growth and mission
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, systems, and cash management
- Ensure accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Funding, Revenue & Financial Performance
- Develop and support funding strategies, including grants and philanthropy
- Provide financial modeling for fundraising and capital initiatives
- Evaluate funding opportunities for long-term sustainability
- Optimize revenue cycle and reimbursement strategies
- Oversee grant compliance and reporting
- Evaluate financial performance of programs and new initiatives
Leadership & Strategic Decision Support
- Lead finance functions including accounting, billing, and purchasing
- Develop staff and foster accountability and transparency
- Build financial acumen across operational leaders
- Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives and service expansion
- Develop pro forma and business cases
- Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational performance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred)
- Substantial progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, FQHC, or nonprofit environments
- Experience with complex funding streams, regulatory environments, and reimbursement models
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Experience supporting or partnering in fundraising, grant strategy, or development initiatives preferred
Pay: $157,594.85 - $196,993.57 per year
