Job Description: Oracle CPQ Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Quality Assurance Specialist to support the design, validation, and quality assurance of CPQ solutions. This role focuses on ensuring high‑quality delivery, system reliability, and alignment with business requirements across Oracle CPQ implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong Oracle CPQ expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate Oracle CPQ configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure high‑quality solution delivery
- Develop, manage, and execute test plans for CPQ enhancements, releases, and production changes
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and stability across CPQ implementations
- Support onboarding of new user groups and ensure smooth adoption of CPQ functionality
- Track project scope, cost, schedules, risks, and quality metrics with clear status reporting
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to align CPQ solutions with requirements
- Execute and validate CPQ rules related to product configuration, pricing, and document generation
- Work with Agile delivery teams and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong experience in Oracle CPQ implementations, with deep understanding of CPQ concepts, architecture, and functionality
- Hands‑on expertise in Oracle CPQ configuration, including product modeling, pricing, rules, and document generation
- Strong experience with BML and JavaScript
- Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and XSLT
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team
Additional Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of collaboration and tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with scripting tools and basic infrastructure/application concepts
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams and support overlapping time zones
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Exposure to AI tools or platforms
- Advanced JavaScript and CSS experience
