Why This Role Matters

- Initial traction with leading law firms
- Defined ICP (M&A boutiques, mid-market firms, PE funds)
Now we need to turn this into a repeatable go-to-market motion. You will work directly with the founders to:
- sharpen positioning
- drive outbound & conversations
- turn pilots into deals
- build the foundation of our commercial engine
Your Role
You sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product.
Your focus is to generate high-quality conversations with the right accounts - and turn them into pilots and customers.
Core Responsibilities
1. Drive Targeted Outbound & Pipeline
- Identify and prioritize high-potential M&A firms and PE funds
- Craft and execute highly personalized outreach on LinkedIn, email or other channels you unlock
- Build and manage a focused pipeline
2. Lead Discovery & Early Sales Conversations
- Conduct structured discovery calls with lawyers and deal teams
- Understand workflows, pain points, and current solutions
- Translate insights into clear opportunities for Lextract
3. Shape Messaging & Positioning
- Refine how we communicate value (efficiency, cost, quality)
- Develop and iterate on outreach messaging and pitch narratives
- Align product capabilities with real-world use cases
4. Support Pilot Projects & Conversion
- Help structure and run pilot engagements with customers
- Ensure clear success criteria and feedback loops
- Turn pilots into case studies and follow-on deals
5. Build Lean Content (High Impact Only)
- Create founder-led LinkedIn content and POV pieces
- Turn customer interactions into case studies
- Improve website and sales materials
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, consulting, or similar
- Strong commercial instinct and ownership mindset
- Ability to run structured conversations with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable working directly with founders in an early-stage setup
Critical Traits (more important than CV)
- You think in problems, not channels
- You care about closing loops, not producing assets
- You can switch between: strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Nice to Have
- Experience with law firms, M&A, or private equity
- Exposure to early-stage startups and building from 0→1
- Experience in outbound and/or account-based approaches
- Builder mindset: creating PoCs, automating workflows, and systemizing sales using low-code / AI tools
