About Us
Iceberg Quantum is a quantum architecture company headquartered in Sydney. We design fault-tolerant architectures to significantly reduce the hardware overhead required for quantum error correction, accelerating the pathway towards useful quantum computing.
Our approach is to build the world’s best fault-tolerance research lab, and to partner closely with leading hardware companies to work toward implementation. We've raised $6m in Seed funding to realise this vision and lead us into our next phase of growth.

You will also have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone with a consulting, legal, or operational background who is comfortable creating structure where little exists, excels at critical thinking and problem solving, and enjoys building from scratch.
Please provide a resume and short cover letter in your application.

- Strong problem-solving skills and able to operate comfortably where the playbook doesn't exist yet
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across founders, employees and external providers
- Sharp commercial instincts and capable of identifying and improving on areas where time, money, or effort is being spent inefficiently
- Excited by quantum computing or deep tech companies
Why This Role
- High ownership and autonomy from day one
- Broad exposure across finance, legal, HR and strategy at a startup backed by leading deep tech investors
- Rare opportunity to build an operations function and own its direction as the company scales from an early stage
- Work alongside world-class researchers passionate about solving one of the most important problems in computing
