Job Details
Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for a high-profile product launch — positioning, pricing, segmentation, channel, and commercial readiness
Lead and develop a small direct team while driving cross-functional alignment across marketing, digital, supply chain, finance, and sales
Oversee website build, e-commerce setup, and DTC infrastructure from the ground up
Design and operationalize channel strategy across DTC, practitioner, retail, and/or digital partners
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence to track launch performance and inform executive decisions
10+ years in brand management, product launch, or general management — CPG, consumer health, nutraceutical, wellness, or DTC preferred
Proven track record of 0-to-1 product or business launches scaled to meaningful commercial success
Strong digital and e-commerce acumen — firsthand experience with DTC infrastructure and performance marketing required
