Key Responsibilities:
1. Order-to-Delivery (OTD) & Network Coordination:
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including internal systems and external flooring partners.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance to ensure alignment on invoicing, flooring approvals, and payment status, proactively resolving any issues that could impact order release or delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Proactively communicate order status, shipment updates, and delivery timelines to dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve order flow bottlenecks to improve speed and accuracy.
2. Sales Performance Reporting & Analytics:
- Deliver consistent, accurate reporting to the NSD and leadership team via SAP, DMS, CRM, and other platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to track sales performance, trends, and KPIs.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Support forecasting and demand planning through data analysis and reporting.
3. Sales Operations & Financial Management:
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and workflows.
- Support sales-related budgets, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
- Partner with Finance to improve visibility into sales performance, margins, and program effectiveness.
4. Dealer Lifecycle Management:
- Review and approve new dealer applications, ensuring alignment with strategic and market requirements.
- Manage all dealer onboarding documentation, including agreements and system setup.
- Coordinate initial dealer orders (vehicles, parts and accessories, and marketing assets).
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful dealer launch.
5. Dealer Performance & Relationship Management:
- Monitor dealer satisfaction and lead initiatives to improve the overall dealer experience.
- Act as a primary escalation point for dealer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Analyze dealer performance across key metrics (inventory levels, retail/wholesale trends, market penetration).
- Conduct monthly dealer reviews and communicate updates to Sales team and NSD.
- Partner with NSD and DSMs to identify underperforming dealers and implement performance improvement plans.
6. Sales Support, Business Development & Territory Coverage:
- Support business development efforts by identifying and prospecting new dealer opportunities in open or underrepresented markets.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new dealers, partnering with the RSM, NSD, and sales team to expand and strengthen the dealer network.
- Provide interim coverage for open DSM territories, including dealer communication, order support, and relationship management.
- Conduct outreach to prospective and inactive dealers to drive engagement, reactivation, and incremental sales opportunities.
- Partner with the sales team to support pipeline development, lead follow-up, and territory growth initiatives.
- Attend industry events, dealer visits, and meetings as needed to support sales efforts and market expansion.
7. Dealer Termination & Transition Management:
- Manage processes and documentation for voluntary and involuntary dealer terminations.
- Coordinate inventory transfers, returns, and financial reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely removal of terminated dealers from all systems (DMS, SAP, Marketing platforms, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Partner with the NSD to develop, document, and implement SOPs across all sales operations' functions.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to operational standards.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
9. Incentives, Rebates & Dealer Financial Programs:
- Manage the administration and communication of dealer incentives, rebates, and sales programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of account statements, invoices, and credit memos.
- Partner with Finance to maintain accuracy and transparency in dealer financials.
- Collaborate with DSMs to leverage incentive programs to drive retail and wholesale performance.
10. Compliance & Legal Coordination:
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all sales operations, dealer programs, and processes adhere to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Support compliance related to dealer agreements, terminations, inventory repurchase obligations, and incentive program structures.
- Monitor and help enforce adherence to state-specific dealer statutes and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and review of policies, procedures, and communications to ensure legal alignment.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, and Compliance to proactively identify and mitigate risk.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails to support compliance and internal reviews.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in sales operations, business development, dealer management, or business support roles.
- Analytical and sales oriented – able to craft a strategic sell-in based on demonstrated profitability and productivity measures
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, DMS, etc.) analytic tools (Power BI), and sales workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to create and update SOP's that improve organizational alignment and performance.
- Proven ability to analyze data, resolve issues quickly and efficiently, and manage complex processes.
Physical Demands:
The role may include lifting, pushing, or pulling items up to 60 pounds. Employees may also spend time standing, walking, or performing inspections at dealerships, events, or partner locations. Domestic and international travel may occasionally be required for product launches, dealer support, or training delivery. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
