Chief Financial Officer (Construction / Public Works)
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Location: Anaheim, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $250K base + bonus (DOE)
About the Opportunity
We’ve partnered with a well-established, multi-entity construction group based in Orange County, with combined revenues exceeding $200M. Specializing in public works paving, rehabilitation, and related services, the company is entering its next phase of growth driven by acquisitions and vertical integration.
At this stage, the organization is seeking a hands-on CFO to elevate financial operations, strengthen the accounting function, and partner closely with leadership to support continued growth.
The CFO will serve as a strategic and operational leader, responsible for building and enhancing financial processes, reporting, and infrastructure across the organization. This is a highly visible opportunity to shape how finance supports growth, profitability, and decision-making across the business.
This opportunity is well-suited for a leader who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on; someone who brings structure, clarity, and scalability to a growing platform while working closely with operations and ownership.
The company offers a collaborative, values-driven environment where teams are engaged, supportive, and focused on delivering strong results.
If you are a construction finance leader who enjoys being close to the business and driving operational impact, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
