Chief Financial Officer
Our client, a highly respected privately held organization with substantial operations and revenues approaching
$1 billion, is seeking a strategic and operationally minded
Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President, this executive will lead the company's financial strategy, performance management, capital stewardship, and risk oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, audit, forecasting, and reporting functions.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, KPI reporting, and executive analytics.
- Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic planning.
- Manage banking, lending, surety, insurance, and overall capital structure.
- Improve cash flow, working capital performance, and forecasting accuracy.
- Deliver financial insight into project profitability, risk management, and operational performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organization and scalable financial systems.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Must have Construction, specialty contracting, engineering, or other project-based industry experience
- Expertise in FP&A, project accounting, cash flow management, and risk analysis.
- Experience supporting organizations with revenues exceeding $500M.
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred.
