Become a Key Player as a Founding GTM Lead
You will lead the go-to-market motion for the company, building the full GTM engine from outbound to partnerships and events and reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll impact revenue, pipeline creation, and brand positioning while collaborating closely with product and sales in an on-site role. Your work will define how the team scales its commercial motion and hires the first GTM hires.This is a hybrid position in San Franscisco, CA.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Own full-funnel GTM strategy across outbound, inbound, content, paid, partnerships, events, and referrals
- Build and run targeted outbound campaigns using AI-augmented research and multi-channel sequencing
- Produce content and thought leadership (case studies, blog posts, webinars, reports) to position the organization as a category leader
- Develop partnerships with industry associations and technology partners
- Design and execute event strategy, including industry conferences and hosted experiences
- Create sales enablement materials: collateral, battlecards, and demo frameworks
- Hire and lead a lean GTM team and iterate on channel performance to compound results
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 5–10 years of B2B GTM, growth, or demand generation experience, ideally building the function at a seed-to-Series B startup
- Proven hands-on experience running outbound, content, paid, partnerships, and events (not just managing vendors)
- AI-native: active use of LLMs and AI tools for research, personalization, and execution
- Technical fluency with APIs, CRMs, data tools, and light scripting (e.g., Zapier, SQL, evaluating integrations)
- Data-driven: ability to build funnel models, instrument attribution, and make decisions from metrics
- Strong writing skills across cold outreach, content, and executive updates
- Demonstrable track record of generating pipeline, influencing revenue, or building channels from zero
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a small team
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
- Experience selling to property management or multifamily operators
- Familiarity with property management platforms (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, RealPage) and integrations
- Background in AI/ML or conversational AI products
- Existing network in property management or multifamily real estate
- Experience with CRM and sales automation stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Salesforce)
