We are looking for a CFO Co-Founder — not just a finance professional, but a strategic partner who will shape the financial future of Amparo.
This is a founding role, where you will work directly with the CEO to:
Build financial systems from the ground up
Drive fundraising and investor strategy
Ensure long-term sustainability and scalability
This is not a job. This is ownership.
💼 Your Role & Responsibilities
🧠 Financial Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the financial roadmap aligned with company vision
Build financial models, projections, and unit economics
Drive pricing strategy and cost optimization
💰 Fundraising & Investor Relations
Lead fundraising efforts (angel, seed, VCs, grants like Startup India)
Prepare investor decks, financial forecasts, and due diligence materials
Build and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders
📊 Operations & Compliance
Set up accounting, compliance, taxation, and financial governance
Ensure regulatory compliance (India + potential global expansion)
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial risk
🚀 Strategic Growth Partner
Work closely with the CEO on business strategy and scaling decisions
Evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans
Bring a data-driven approach to every major decision
🧠 Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who thinks like a founder, not just a CFO.
✅ Ideal Profile:
Background in Finance, CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent experience
Experience in startups, fundraising, or financial leadership roles
Strong understanding of venture funding, valuations, and term sheets
Ability to build financial systems from 0 → 1
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

Experience in startup fundraising (Seed/Series A)
Exposure to tech, SaaS, hardware, or IoT businesses
Strong network in investor ecosystem
