Director of Sales Operations & Enablement

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced, AI-native Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to build AI-powered systems, tools, data, and processes for business development. This role will own reporting, analytics, sales enablement, sales operations, onboarding, and market activation, partnering closely with field leadership and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Scalability & Execution (identifying bottlenecks, leading projects, improving CRM)
- Market Research & Target List Strategy (deploying AI tools, owning market research)
- Onboarding, Training & Development (building sales training programs and virtual onboarding)
- AI-Powered Data Analysis and Insights (building dashboards, identifying performance anomalies, reporting)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare growth, sales operations, and enablement
- Expert-level analytical skills with dashboarding and CRM experience
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and their application in professional settings
- Experience building or implementing AI-enhanced workflows, automations, or intelligent reporting
- Proven experience supporting or leading multi-market sales teams
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable operating at strategic and tactical levels
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Must be located in Eastern or Central time zones

- Experience with HubSpot, Google Products, MedScout, and/or Sigma
Compensation: $140,000 - $190,000 (Base + Bonus)
