Company Description
Mycroft is an AI-native security and compliance platform tailored for modern companies. Our core product, the AI Security and Compliance Officer, is an autonomous agent designed to manage and operate your entire security and IT stack. Acting as a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), compliance expert, and IT operations team, it ensures your organization remains secure and compliant 24/7. Mycroft empowers businesses to focus on innovation while delivering a strong, modern security and compliance foundation.
About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems and infrastructure that power how we sell and grow. This is a foundational hire — you won't just be configuring tools, you'll be architecting the entire go-to-market engine from the ground up. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and engineering, owning everything from lead routing and outbound automation to pipeline analytics and marketing attribution. If you love writing code that directly drives revenue, this is your role.
What You'll Do
Design and build our end-to-end GTM tech stack — CRM, outbound sequencing, enrichment, attribution, and analytics.
Write custom integrations, workflows, and automations that connect marketing and sales systems into a single, reliable pipeline.
Build and maintain lead scoring models, routing logic, and lifecycle stage definitions.
Create dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Develop and optimize outbound infrastructure: domain management, deliverability monitoring, and personalization at scale.
Partner with sales to identify bottlenecks and build tooling that shortens deal cycles.
Instrument the website and product for marketing attribution and intent signal capture.
Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party tools — always with a bias toward building when it's faster or more flexible.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar hybrid technical/commercial role.
- Expertise with AI/LLM/Agentic tooling for prospecting, personalization, and workflow automation.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and comfortable working with APIs and webhooks.
- Deep, hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data enrichment, lead routing, and outbound deliverability.
- Familiar with SQL and comfortable querying databases for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with marketing analytics, UTM frameworks, and multi-touch attribution.
- Able to move fast, make tradeoffs, and ship — you don't over-engineer when a scrappy solution will do.
- Thrive in ambiguity. You've ideally worked at an early-stage company before and know how to build from zero.
Nice to Have
- Experience with reverse ETL tools (Census, Hightouch) or data warehouses (BigQuery, Clickhouse, Snowflake).
- Background in growth engineering or product-led growth motions.
- Prior experience standing up ABM programs or intent-based outbound workflows.
Why Join Us
- Ground-floor impact. You'll define how this company goes to market — not inherit someone else's broken stack.
- Seat at the table. You'll work directly with founders and have real influence on strategy, not just execution.
- Equity. Meaningful early-stage equity that reflects the value of this role.
- Build something real. If you want to see a direct line between the code you write and the revenue it generates, there's no better place.
Compensation
- Extremely competitive compensation + equity
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
