YOUR MISSION:
- Translation of global retail and commercial strategy into execution‑ready priorities for functions, regions, and markets
- Shaping and ownership of retail execution frameworks, including priorities, game plans, rollout logic, and performance guardrails across channels and countries
- Orchestration of cross‑functional alignment with Business Units, Regions, and channel stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into clear ownership, timelines, and actions
- Setup and leadership of governance and performance steering
- Preparation of executive‑level narratives, insights, and decision materials for Senior Leadership and Board‑level Meetings
- End‑to‑end ownership of internal communication flows across BUs, Regions, and Channels, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies
- Development and management of strategic partnerships across the retail value chain, aligned with long‑term retail strategy and joint business plans
- Leadership and development of the Business Operations & Partnerships team, fostering capability building, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance culture.

- Senior leader with strong experience in directly leading global teams while indirectly steering complex, matrixed retail organizations
