About The RenaturalThe Renatural is a beauty hardware company pioneering biomimetic and robotic wig manufacturing.
We’ve sold 70,000+ units of our patented Wig Fix®, built a global community of 100,000+ customers, and been featured in Vogue, BOF, and Allure. Now, we’re scaling a vertically integrated robotic production facility in NYC to launch a category-defining product: a fully injected, seamless, scalp-mimicking wig that reduces production time from 3 weeks to 45 minutes.
We are venture-backed, patent-holding, and building what we believe will become a generational company at the intersection of beauty, hardware, and automation.
About the RoleThis is a high-trust, high-intensity operator role for someone who wants to work directly alongside a founder and learn how a company is actually built.

If you are someone who thrives on ownership, pressure, and precision—you will accelerate quickly here.
