Your Role in Our Mission:
The Global Revenue Operations Director will lead the transformation of our revenue engine into a strategic growth lever and a competitive advantage.
As a visionary leader you will architect and implement a modernised, AI powered revenue operations infrastructure that democratises data and enables real-time insights, shaping how we drive performance, and growth across Reward Gateway | Edenred.
You will assess our current operating model, systems, and ways of working and define a clear path forward, balancing near-term operational excellence with mid-term capability build. This transformational position has been created to elevate our revenue operations model to a best-in-class, proactive function with automated intelligence, empowering our go-to-market teams with democratised data, self-service analytics and real time insights.
Operating globally, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success ensuring Revenue Operations is positioned as a strategic, insight-led partner to the GTM organisation. Reporting directly into the MD, Edenred Engagement, with close partnership with the CRO Benefits & Engagement, Edenred.
As Global Revenue Operations & Strategy Director, you will:
- Define and deliver a clear Revenue Operations plan that supports business priorities and growth objectives.
- Assess and evolve our existing operational framework, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
- Lead the evolution of the function from a reporting-focused capability to a proactive, insight-led, and strategically aligned GTM partner.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and improved use of data to enhance decision-making, performance visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and optimise our GTM systems and processes, ensuring they are aligned, integrated, and support business growth.
- Improve visibility across pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance, enabling more consistent and accurate decision-making.
- Establish greater consistency and alignment across regions, while supporting local market needs.
- Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, embedding Revenue Operations into day-to-day commercial decision-making.
- Develop and lead a high-performing RevOps function, ensuring the right balance of capability to support both current and future needs.
