Business Operations Manager (Market Lead – Wisconsin)
Location: Southeast Wisconsin (Travel Required)
Compensation: Up to $100,000 base + performance incentives + full benefits package
About the Role:
Our client is a fast-growing concrete floor coatings company expanding into the Southeast Wisconsin market this August.
We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to lead and establish our Wisconsin operations while working directly with ownership. This role will be responsible for building the market locally—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a strong foundation for long-term growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to take ownership of a market, build it from the ground up, and scale operations. You will be expected to think like a partner in how you approach problems and decisions—but operate with the accountability of a high-performing employee.
What You’ll Be Doing:
First 60–90 Days (Launch & Learn)
- Train alongside ownership and the Chicagoland team to learn operations, sales, and customer workflows
- Get hands-on exposure to installations, service delivery, and local market dynamics
- Learn internal systems, processes, and performance expectations
- Assist in preparing for and executing the Wisconsin market launch
Next Phase (Build & Scale the Market)
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations in the Wisconsin market
- Help drive local sales efforts and ensure strong customer experience from lead to completion
- Recruit, onboard, and help manage local team members
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to support growth
- Travel as needed between markets for training, alignment, and support

Preferred
- Experience in home services, construction, or similar industries
- Background in operations, sales, or business development
- Experience launching or managing a new territory or market
