Role Description
We're looking for creative and strategic Marketing Contractors to help build Broco AI's brand across Instagram and TikTok.
You'll be hands-on — producing content, developing strategy, managing influencer relationships, and driving real audience growth. This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks in hooks, and knows how to make a brand pop on short-form video.
What You'll Do
- Identify, outreach, and negotiate with relevant influencers and content collaborators
- Design static posts and visual assets that stop the scroll and communicate the brand
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Broco AI's product launches, features, and growth goals (multi-channel across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
- Manage and grow the Company's Instagram and TikTok accounts including scheduling and publishing content
- Plan, script, film, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok — including appearing on camera when needed
- Conduct ongoing trend research and competitor analysis to keep content fresh and platform-native
- Build content calendars, campaign frameworks, and recurring content series

- Individual who are self-driven, and can work independently and adapt in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Individual who can think out-of-box, and develop original concepts that stand out in a crowded social media landscape.
Qualifications
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Proficiency in social media marketing, market research, communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience creating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok (or individual who are eager to learn)
- Video editing is a plus (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Graphic design skills is a plus (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)
Strong performers will be considered for equity, profit-sharing, an elevated role in company decision-making, and contract renewal.
